Seems I can repeat Shadowheart's discussion about her Shar worship and could 'farm' her approval and Lae'rels disapproval. (if I continue to roll lucky and rehash the conversation over and over.) I cannot do it within the same interaction but if I exit and speak to her again in camp the option becomes available again.
