I currently can't play (CTD on launch, Vulkan or DX11), but have 30+ hours on 2 playthroughs and I ran into the below issues...

None of these are complaints. I am loving this game, played it for hours, will do multiple playthroughs to see everything, it's amazing. These are observations I've made that you might want to adjust, nothing more. You've created an amazing game, which really isn't news, you are after all Larian smile But here's my list so far:

The quest with the wounded teif vs Tyr guys, 2 issues:
1. He says she has 1 horn, but she has 2. Small thing but there are no tief models with 1 horn so it made it stand out
2. There is no way to go back to her and ask for her side of the story. Talk to her, then talk to him, and the only option is to kill her or him without getting more info. She's an interesting character, I really wanted to know more before having to murder either.

Zhent hideout, Painter vs Brem. I talked to the boss before talking to the painter, which triggered the fight. When I talked to him after, he insisted I had to talk to Brem to buy his freedom, but Brem was literally dead at his feet, and there was no option around it, I had to load earlier and talk to them in the correct order to get it to work.

Quest with gnome on windmill, during the dialog with the goblins Wyll (the lock) was glancing off into the distant nowhere, his neck at a really uncomfortable angle, during the cutscene/dialog.

Some Alchemists fire stacks, some doesn't, all with the same icon/description.

Just seriously cheesed the Hag encounter. In her lair, on the ledge leading to her, stealthed and started doing ranged sneak attack. She never put me in combat, so I just shot her to pieces with just my rogue, no danger, no risk.

Opportunity actions seem really spotty. Had an enemy walk through my entire party, all with multiple opportunity actions enabled, no one even took a swing.

The game came up ultra on my 32:9 monitor flawlessly, beautifully, but there are serious issues with targeting. The further off center screen an object is, the further the cursor vs object distance is.

Object highlight (left alt) only highlights a small portion of the actual interactable things on the screen, usually just bodies. Is this by design? I'm a packrat/loot hog, I like looting everything, and it's oft difficult when I have to hover around, especially with respect to the prior note, where my mouse is isn't actually where the game thinks the object is.

Bridge where fist and gith are talking and bridge is destroyed, 2 of the flaming fist bodies have scale mail that is unlootable, I can't pick it up with any toon, on multiple playthroughs.

On the island with the Woads and Mud Mephit, the Mud Mephits would run up to me and then stand there. On their initiative it would say "getting in range" or "plotting next move" when they were in melee with me, they'd sit there for 15 sec, then it would move to the next person. The ancient mephit chain summoned infinite mephits, one per round, until the game crashed...I was unable to hit him to stop him, he was out of LoS and I was trapped behind the summoned ones.
