Swapped Shadowheart for Astarion at camp. When I went to camp again Shadowheart was missing from the camp and my custom character has an item of Shadowhearts. I played a couple hours without camping so I won't bother to undue this (although it is unfortunate). I did save right before I did the swamp and just shortly after so I checked loaded the games and which how I narrowed it down to there beings sort of companion swapping bug at camp.
