I feel like letting every class have disengage as a bonus action is kind of OP. Normally only rogues can do this and it’s kind of their thing.

Letting everyone do it makes attacks of opportunity so easy for the player to avoid, and it makes it so ranged characters can always get out of a threatened space for free.

Thoughts?

Ehh, that has been a pet peeve of mine ever since the gameplay reveal. Of course I also dislike the "bonus action offhand attack" and Thief rogue having 2 bonus actions which basically means he can attack 3 times at level 3 but you know... details.

What I'm more worried about is everyone being able to use all magic items and scrolls - why a fighter can cast fireball from a scroll is beyond me

its a common complaint people have made in the suggestions area too yeah. Generally most of the bonus actions should be standard actions. Jump should be separated from Disengage too.

bonus action off hand attack is accurate, but should only become available if you standard action was used to make an attack. And yeah, rogues shouldn't have two bonus actions. Thats just dumb

Always being able to disengage does make evading opportunity attacks far too easy. It shouldn't count as a bonus action for non rogues.
