I'm really enjoying the game and one of the more delightful surprises is the camping/long rest mechanic. Here's some thoughts:

Positive feedback:
I absolutely love how I progress the story forward around the camp fires over the course of many small conversations. Part of the addictive, can't-wait-to-log-back-in aspect of the game is getting to move these different story arcs forward. Great job with the characters, the setting and the story!

Some ideas:
- It'd be nice if the camp location were actually embedded into the game world somewhere and could be teleported to. Being able to phase out of a dungeon or alchemist's basement and teleport right back doesn't quite feel right. It's a nice quality-of-life feature, but comes at the cost of immersion.
- I can imagine that the location of the actual camp might change in the future. Hopefully we'll get different settings, like taverns, caves, etc., where the characters' stories and drama can unfold. The same exact campfire might get stale as the story progresses. Then again, if the camp grows and accumulates more and more secondary characters to make it interesting, then I could imagine staying engaged.
- "Random" encounters that either advance the story or add flavor to the world could add a lot to the long rest experience. For example the encounters could be something as straightforward as a goblin raid, which is one of many "cues" that the player can receive that the land is infested or it could be a Tiefling child stealing some gold, setting up the events that happen with the druids. There seems to be a TON of opportunity here. The DnD campaign I'm currently in has implemented a "who takes first watch and who takes second watch" system that I think could be really fun, too. This could help take advantage of certain racial benefits (i.e. elves only need a short rest to recover ("trance") or certain characters have proficiency with perception or night vision, which can help prevent an ambush or the tiefling thief from stealing your gold.

Anyway, I'm still loving the game!
