Two things I noticed:
1. If you speak to Shadowheart (presumably after dealing with the goblin camp), and choose "I want to talk about all that's happened to us," then you get two options with the exact same text.

Her reply is different, but similar with both options. The top one she says:
I suppose some would commend our actions - goblins would've razed that whole place to nothing if it weren't for us.
No excuse to rest on our laurels though - we've still got our own problems to contend with.
The bottom one she says:
If we hadn't killed the goblins' leaders, they'd have turned that grove to ashes. We're owed quite a debt, I believe.

2. You can farm approval with Shadowheart because one of her options that gives approval seems to never disappear. I checked and was able to raise her approval from "Medium" to "Very High" by doing this, so it's not just a graphical thing.
First, you choose "We should get to know each other more," then you choose "Tell me something about yourself besides Shar, besides tadpoles," and then you choose "You'll have point out night orchids to me if we ever pass some." You'll get approval from her, and you can repeatedly choose this option, as it never goes away, and always gives approval.
Side note for #2, I didn't notice this before until just now when I re-typed it, but that selection has a typo. It says, "You'll have point out..." instead of, "You'll have to point out..."
