I have found the Keybinds section to be very flexible, even allowing me to combine keys like Ctrl and Shift with other keys. And on the Mac, I can even use Command. I'm using a basic keyboard, i.e. no numeric keypad plus keys such as Home, End, etc. I've tried to map commands to keys that might remind me of them. Not all perfect, but not too bad. I've also split up some keys such as Space and Escape that seemed overloaded. Here are the keybinds I've changed. Any other suggestions?

Camera Rotate Left => Q (seemed obvious and I kept WASD because they're so ingrained)
Camera Rotate Right => E
Toggle Camera Rotate => X (I map my middle mouse button to Escape plus the key is near my left hand)
Cancel Action => Right Mouse Button (I removed Escape because sometimes it would cancel the action and sometimes go to the game menu)
Expand Tooltip => Tab (Many games use Tab so this is a personal preference)
Go To Camp => Ctrl + C (an example of combining keys)
Leave Camp => Shift + C (I've used Ctrl as an enable and Shift as a disable)
Short Rest => R
Show World Tooltips => Tab
Toggle Dual Wielding => L (maybe not the best choice)
Enter Turn-Based Mode => Ctrl + Space (Didn't want to get into turn-based mode accidentally)
Quick Save => F5 or Slash (Added slash because on my keyboard I need to press fn+F5 to get F5 as quick save)
(and I didn't bother changing F1 through F4 because I always select characters with my mouse)
Show Sneak Cones => F (maybe not the best choice)
Toggle Actions Bar on Hot Bar => Semicolon (maybe not the best choice but I needed X for Toggle camera rotate)
Toggle Equipment => H (for "Held"? And E was need for camera rotate right)
Toggle Info => Quote (I didn't like the idea of sharing this with the Destruct toggle)
Toggle Journal => J (Not sure why this was the original since J wasn't bound to anything originally)
Toggle Party/Character Overview => P (although it doesn't seem to do anything yet)
UI Hot Bar Next => Comma/Less Than (makes more visual sense plus I needed R)
UI Hot Bar Prev => Period/Greater Than (makes more visual sense plus I needed F)

I would also add:
Toggle character sheet -> C
Toggle Spells -> B

I was also trying to keep the character panels in sort of a grouping,like inventory, journal, etc. but it's certainly not perfect.

I left Toggle Sneak as C meaning crouch since S was taken. I can see switching Spells to B and then using K for Kharacter Sheet and switching Character Panels to N.
