Aight, short list here, there's obviously other stuff that's covered heavily elsewhere.
Action/Bonus Actions: Shove is way OP as a Bonus Action. Hide should be an Action for everyone but Rogues. Make Non-Lethal damage a toggle. Separate Jump and Disengage for the love of god, NPCs can disengage without needing free space/athletics checks/what the hell ever, let us. Also I'm pretty sure it's an Action, not a Bonus Action to Disengage. It's currently impossible to lock down casters.
Sneak Attack: Make it apply to the first qualifying Hit of a round. Job done, allows Rogues to sneak on Reaction hits, etc. The buttons are unnecessary.
Somatic Components: Make these relevant. Give Duelling Fighting Style a reason to exist for Eldritch Knights/future Hexblades and the like. You need a free hand to case a whole lot of spells, although there's no reason not to let two-handers do it, wizard staffs and all. You'd need to make weapon swapping cost a Bonus Action or be 1/Round to prevent abusing the ranged slot, but either of those would be fine. Also stop Duelling Style applying with a shield, and stop giving everyone Dual Wield for free, although I'm guessing those are bugged.
Resting: This needs looking at. IMO Long Rests need a timer, like BG1/2 had and need to not be a thing you can do literally anywhere. Maybe only allow teleportation between waypoints from actual waypoints. Thus you need to get to one to take a Long Rest, so it's not viable to lay down for a good eight hours beauty sleep in the middle of a giant goblin fortress. Then make Short Rests like, 2 per Long Rest, maybe 3. Also lock spell memorisation to Long Resting / being in camp.
Cantrips: This one's been said elsewhere, but it's a massive deal so... yeah. Spells dropping ground effects and stuff on top of their rulebook effects is prolly ok, and can be interesting. Cantrips doing it is just messed up.
