Had Astarion scouting/sneak attacking around a corner at Goblin camp (temple interior, room containing door to Worg Pen).
Goblin counterattacked with explosive throwable, which killed Astarion in one shot, and knocked him off the platform... but his body landed BACK AT CAMP.
(got black transition screen, his body sitting in camp by himself). Clicking on other party member brought me back to temple.
