HEAVY SPOILERS AHEAD

Just finished second playthrough, first as Lolth-Sworn Female Drow Rogue, second as Lolth-Sword Female Drow Cleric.
BUGS
Kills on uneven/moving surfaces cause enemy ragdoll to flip out and distend. Can still be looted by clicking on original location on surface.
PC/party character positions in cutscenes blocks camera if cutscene entered into immediately after combat
[Gamebreaking] Party member will glitch out endlessly if combat entered into on very edge of combat zone. (in combat box repeatedly pops up) have to restart
Shadowheart is in druid camp even when recruited and sent to your camp. Conversation is as you had never recruited her. She then disappears from your camp and remains in the druid camp. Box she is playing with is in your inventory if she was recruited, removed from party and sent to camp.
Some NPC's no body animation, T-posing during dialog
Goblin drums don’t stay destroyed after loading a save. they respawn invisible and can't be targeted but goblins can use them
Slightly drunk debuff does not give Dex saves disadvantage as stated
Sneak attacks not working when enemy is threatened
PC pickpocket must be bugged. No penalty for failure, can steal anything, entire merchant’s stock and gold. Not confronted if failed, can just try again when no success. When Astarion pickpockets he can get caught.
Environmental cover doesn't do anything 90% of the time, enemies firing/casting through walls and pillars
Can enemies stop shoving me into inaccessible areas? End up dead, teleported and lying in my camp by myself.
On previous note. Fight with Druegar in Decrepit Village, Underdark, is so bad. Between death shoves and buggy multi-tiered terrain that you can't chase through it was the worst, most frustrating experience in the game - multi-terrain done well was Harpys, clear visuals, open area to get around, no shoves.
Enemy priority targeting is ridiculous, especially at early levels. Had enemies run through 2 attacks of opportunity and into a fire patch on the ground just to fire an arrow at my wizard when other party members had less than 5hp.
Hair clips through helmets. Model shows both helmet and hairstyle at same time. Noticed on leather helmets on Astarius and my Drow female characters.
Zhents and the chest. If you make a deal with Rugen he returns to the Zhent hideout, if you head there they let you in but turn hostile without explaining or giving you the opportunity to talk or return the chest.
Fighting the Zhent at the back of their hideout camera pans to illusory wall in combat as if it is a combat unit with a turn in combat.
DIALOG
Conversation with hooded skeleton in tomb. Drow option 7 missing background in parenthesis..
First conversation with Zevlor. Drow option 5 missing background in parenthesis.
Conversation with Shadowheart in druid camp. Drow option 3 missing background in parenthesis.
Same conversation, Shadowheart clips many dialog lines.
Conversation with Mattis in druid camp. Drow option 3 missing background in parenthesis.
Lae'zel didnt have a discussion for me at camp until around 8 hours playtime after we met and persuaded the other Gith on first playthrough. When I killed the Gith she had conversation immediately.
If Novice Brynna survives the Owlbear but Andrick dies a dialog opens when engaged with but immediately closes.
Saving Auntie Ethel then talking to her at the teahouse when she asks you about the tadpole Drow have the [Human] dialog option.
When Minthara and tribe ambush you at camp she screams 'To the gate, kill them all!" as if she was attacking the grove.
If you sleep with Lae'zel after the druid questline and you have destroyed the grove after the camp ambush Lae'zel will be in a permanent speech loop saying "Soon, when you rest I will come."
SUGGESTIONS
It would be cool if Commander Maz'ri in the Underdark Spectator fight had something to say if she survives the fight. Even if speak with dead revealed some cool lore.
Switching items between characters in combat. Free action and huge range allowance. Should restrict distance or make bonus action to move items.
Just remove shove from the game or change it to knockdown.
