Not sure if this is a bug or intended change, but currently your character's ability score modifier is not added to the attack roll of your off-hand attack. According to 5E rules you should get the ability score modifier to the attack roll, just not the damage roll. The "Two Weapon Fighting" fighting style seems to be working as intended though, adding the ability score modifier to the damage.
