When you go talk to the little kid goblins throwing rocks and start a fight:
If sided with Druid Halsin some times when he is in bear form he just stays there "Planning his next move" and ends the turn without doing actually anything, even if he has a path avaiable to do stuff.
When sided with the goblin's, the kid goblins runs to call the guards to help kill the bear, but when the guards enter the room they enter to attack us, so while sided with the goblins inside the room we kill the guards that came in.
After killing Halsin and raiding the grove, you can't talk with Minthara (option isn't there), so I killed her inside the cave and found Halsin's Diary in her belongings, I go outside and the goblins there are still alllies since they didn't see I killed her, but when I get to the goblin camp they are enemies with me because I killed her in the cave.
