I have several quests now for which I have done the thing, but the quest will not advance/complete. So far, they are:
- Find the Githyani Creche (I found the patrol and completed the encounter, but the quest still tells me to find the patrol)
- Rescue the Grand Duke (I saved all the alive people from the fire but the quest still tells me to save the random guy from the fire)
- Hunt the Devil / Kill Anders - I made my choice, and told the living person about it, but the quest doesn't complete even though the dialogue occurred)
- Rescue the Trapped Man - I found the guy's wife, and told him about it, but the quest still tells me to find his wife.
