Like when you speak to someone and there's a fade and then you're looking at who's talking.
Sometimes, this doesn't happen. I talk to someone, a little black word ballon pops up and that's it. They talk and I can respond as normal but the camera stays wherever it was when I cliked on the NPC. I much prefer this.
