Not sure if this is a bug or works as intended:

Attack rolls when attacking with the off hand do not add str/dex modifier to the attack roll.

However, str/dex are added to the damage roll, even without the two-weapon fighting style.

This is the reverse of is in the PHB, was this intentional or not?

Also makes two-weapon fighting style useless?

IMHO I would be ok with this, since that can mitigate the off-hand attacks characters can make, even when using an action to cast spells

I'm confident that they have accidentally swapped them since the feat is still there. I really hope we can get this hotfixed.

When you take the Attack action and attack with a light melee weapon that you're holding in one hand, you can use a bonus action to attack with a different light melee weapon that you're holding in the other hand. You don't add your ability modifier to the damage of the bonus attack, unless that modifier is negative.

What is the problem you are solving? Does your proposed change solve the problem? Is your change feasible? What else will be affected by your change? Will your change impact revenue? Does your change align with the goals and strategies of the organizations (Larian, WotC)?

Currently the offhand always get ability mod to damage. In this game, that's what we're talking about smile

I know, but its a little clearer if you quote PHB and then state the difference.

PHB:
1. When you take the Attack action
2. and attack with a light melee weapon that you're holding in one hand,
3. you can use a bonus action
4. to attack with a different light melee weapon that you're holding in the other hand.
5. You don't add your ability modifier to the damage of the bonus attack, unless that modifier is negative.

Game:
1. Doesnt* require the attack action to have been taken
2. Same
3. Same (albeit forced when using the attack action as it auto makes both attack unless you use the bonus action first, or sneak attack first. BA shouldnt be allowed first and you only get 1 attempt at a sneak, which is also wrong, you can try it until it works)
4. Same
5. Does NOT add modifier to attack and DOES add to damage
