Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems Game crash after cinematic of Chapter 1

The game crashes at the end of the tutorial, after activating the transponder. The animation runs well, but the games frozes in the loading screen. I've tried to run the game at ultra low and change to directx 11, without results. I've also reintaled the game a couple of times

OS : Windows 10 64-bit
Processor : AMD Ryzen 5
Memory : 8 GB


When will there be a game update?

I can't continues the game. I just finish tutorial and i can't begin the first chapter. It crash all the time with Vulkan or DX11.

I managed to solve the problem. I lowered the graphics resolution and the game did not crash.
I also stopped the antivirus
