I found two items in particular which I think may be bugged, or at least have issues with their tool tips.
1) Mystra's Grace, a pair of non-magical boots found in the Arcane Tower.
While wearing the boots you can cast Feather Fall. It is not listed in the tool tip and the boots appear non-magical.
2) Sussur Weapons, +1 weapons crafted with Sussur Bark in the Blighted Village
While striking enemies with these weapons, they are Silenced (which is obviously intended considering Sussur Flowers effect and the text in some of the tooltips), however, it is not explicitly listed as an effect of the items.
3)Honorable mention would be the Light of Creation which also does not appear to be magical, however, it does have an explicit tooltip making it obvious what the item does.
Fun fact, Backstabbing with the Shortsword of First Blood you do 1d6 + 1d6 + 1d8 + Dex mod damage - if you crit, you can do 4d6 + 2d8 + Dex mod damage (max 44 damage with a single hit). If you have Wyvern Poison applied as well.. uff. add another 14d6 on crits. That'd be 44+88 damage.
If you happen to have the Amulet of Misty Stepp and Crusher's Ring, while being a wood elf thief you can move 14m normal move + 18m Misty Step Bonus Action + 14m Cunning Dash Bonus Action + 14m Dash Action. I.e. 60m in a single turn (in D&D land, that is a lot)
