This is the second time I've messed with Spike. I told Spike to leave the first time when the prisoner was being tortured, then lied to the Drow. I came back with Wyll to the tortured device and spoke to Spike, I attacked after Wyll was angry. Once I attack the quest for Auntie Ethel gets completed saying that I attacked her.
