Great Weapon Fighting does not reroll 1s and 2s. I saw many 3s on my 2d6 great sword. A "3" should be consist of 2 and 1 and I have seen them many times.
So, there are 2 options:
1- 2d6 great sword's each damage roll does not effected by GWF and only combined roll is checked with GWF. If it is the case then it means GWF is almost completely useless if your fighter uses a great sword because GWF only works at 2(1+1) out of a 2d6 damage roll.
2- GWF only rolls for once for only 1 roll of a 2d6 and I am super unlucky.
Great Weapon Mastery's bonus attack after a critical strike or kill does not appear. I tried everything out of many loading of a fight. I was surrounded by 2 enemies, I didn't move, I didn't use a bonus action, I just attacked with my great sword and killed the first enemy and then I was not able to attack the second enemy althought it was in my attack range and there was no indication of the bonus action for the attack in my UI.. nothing worked. It just simlpy does not occur. Only thing that works out of GWM is the second part. The first part does not work.
