Please, make reactions into actual reaction abilities. I shouldn't have to cast Hellish Rebuke [before I get hit, and it certainly shouldn't trigger on the next person to hit me. When I get hit, it should ask me if I want to use a reaction spell or ability or not on the person that hit me, not force me to cast it beforehand and just hope the person I wanna use it against is the next one to hit me.
