The image is blurry; the change below seem to resolve this issue on Windows 10 please fix thanks
Windows, right-click LariLauncher.exe -> Compatibility > Change high DPI settings
under 'High DPI scaling override' tick box 'Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scalling performed by: Application'
