'cause you can hurt yourself with it, ive experimented with the spells, and you risk incinerating yourself with it. A far cry of from all the other spells with wide effects that does not damage you, and nothing in the manual hints at that this in an intended effect.

It's pretty standard RPG practice to get fried by you own fireball. Makes half the fun of using them <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/silly.gif" alt="" />
