'Cos it happens during rain storms! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" /> Seriously, that's the best I can come up with. Most games I've seen treat it as Air damage. I suppose it doesn't matter all that much. The elemental damages are all the same anyway.
