Was in battle, ended my turn but something broke and the turn would not end leaving me stuck on those character's turn. I could still use my remaining actions and movement, but the turn simply refused to end or update.
I frequently have this issue when either A: the amount of enemies and companions is relatively large or B: I have a companion who is not in the fight and I swap focus to them. Usually I can quicksave and reload back into the game. This has fixed the issue (but not always).
