There is a conversation that starts at some point when you go to camp, late in the act. Shadowheart says something is wrong and "darkness protect me."
Then the camera moves to the main character and presumably there should be dialogue options. Instead it just sits there with nothing to be done about it.

I reloaded a save, did some other stuff, then went back to camp and the same thing happened again.

I hit number 1 and dialog options appeared in that same cutscene

What i tried to do, was jump to another character, killed my character and resurrected and it allowed me to skip the scene.

Hitting space has gotten me out of some stalled conversation/dialogue windows because that's the 'skip line' button in cutscenes

For me, pressing the number 1 did the trick!
