i think it's attacks are calculated as ranged weapon since in the details it's displayed -4 disadvantage on all rolls

Are you proficient in the weapon, or a size small character? Could be a bug too.

I'm playing as Gythyanki fighter, description says that they are proficient in great swords

What level are you? It sounds like you took the levelup trait that gives +10 damage but -5 to rolls: +1 added to -5 is -4.

4.. trying to find what i got at the level up, i think it was mastery and extra action if you kill something, but you might be right on that

If you look in the lower righthand corner, you'll see some white circles around some round buttons. Click the one that says "All In" or whatever shit they named GWM. That will disable the -5/+10.

hmm.. i don't know if can disable this thing, i'm clicking on everything that's there doesn't do anything, so all the feat will have description there then
