Most of these things have probably been reported, so I am going to make my best judgement and only expand on the more unique ones.
****SPOILER ARE IN THIS TEXT****

= probably seen it

= annoyed the sh*t out of me

= pretty unique scenario

Pets get stuck. The graphic freezes for them and they get stuck in the environment.

Stealing with a detached party member doesn't affect the party. I don't personally think this is a problem, but it does make it kinda easy to have one Vampire Spawn thief and a bunch of upstanding citizens. Keep them separate and use the warp to camp function and you can steal everything. (maybe not being able to fast travel to camp from a sneak would balance that out a bit)

At the Blighted Village Windmill there are some goblin items on the second floor. The text from them displaces and can be activated from the broken statue.

THIS one does annoy me a little. Lockpicks are durable items and shouldn't break every time you fail. A critical failure should break them, maybe even jam the lock so it can't be opened. They are too heavy and you need too many to have them break every failure.

In the Blighted Village Blacksmith Basement the character passes a observation check and says something is interesting, but nothing appears. If it does appear then pressing ALT should show it, but nothing is there. I think it has to do with the cave or cracked wall that is attached to the cave.

Going to and from camp is difficult with your party. After going to camp if you fast travel again it doesn't take your party with you again. I have had to warp back to camp and use the leave camp function if I want to go back to camp drop off some stuff and then go somewhere different. In general the grouping functionality is....cumbersome. Sorry, but it needs some work. The character panels don't snap together very well, making me repeat the same process a couple times to get it to stick. The separation in camp seems to cause issue when leaving the camp. Having to talk to a character to leave them and take another is funny the first time and annoying every time after that. Sometimes I just want to get stuff out of their inventory and move it to someone else. I don't want to talk to one, dismiss them, listen to their comments, still say I want to dismiss them, tell another I want to group up with them, switch stuff out of the inventory, tell them I want to dismiss them, listen to their comments, still say I want to dismiss them, tell another adventure I want them to join me....Oh, wait I forgot something out of the other ones inventory>>>If you made it this far your probably pretty board of this specific comment_________That's how I feel doing it, lol.

The Gith Psionic Hand disappears with out being used in the same turn it was summoned.

My main characters life bar number and fill doesn't match each other. This happens a lot, but the number is right the fill % is not.

ANOTHER annoying one. Companions run over, into, and across everything. Traps and hazards both identified through perception checks or just the pillar of fire on the ground, they just move through it likes its nothing.

When a character is opening objects the character will move to an odd spot to open it. Say I am just a step to far away and I click on a barrel, my character will move through a perceived trap to open the barrel from the other side. Can't figure out why, but it happened a lot in the cave with the two humans fighting off the gnoll attack. (Oh and they cycle through the text too often. It got a little annoying listening to how they are "lucky that they aren't half digested like the other members of the party". I agree, but lets put a limit on the number of time text loops happen while you are in the area. I think three is enough and if I talk to them again once more after each time I talk to them)

I was attacked while I had a group conversation on the screen. Everything went black and I could hear everything working in the game, but now image. Maybe I was blinded by an attack when I was in dialogue, but I had to ALT+CTRL+Delete and close the game to reboot the game.
The friends spell doesn't affect vendors....that's the one person I want the spell to work on. I actually can't tell if it affects anything I have tried to use it, but I haven't seen it in the break down of the roll check. It may be there I haven't exhaustively tested it, but I did try to get better prices with every vendor with and without the friends spell and don't see a price difference.

I noticed a few vendors if I choose to trade first all of their dialogue would disappear. I noticed that on a few characters, maybe it's intentional I am not sure.

At the Toll Collectors some of the sacks on the first floor require you to go outside to the second floor to open them.

The teifling in the toll collectors "paladin" mission is only supposed to have one horn. She had two.

Enemies can attack and walk through doors that are closed sometimes.

Thief bonus actions are being spent during normal attacks. I can spend two off hand attacks and then one main attack, but not one main attack and two off hand attacks.

Characters jump off ledges instead of taking ladders that are next to them or a safe close path. It happened once at the toll collectors and then a couple other cities. It's a far enough fall they go prone after landing right next to the ladder. A little funny.

The ballad singer in the goblin camp goes in loops through all of his text while you are talking to his captor. I guess I found out he pretty much says the same thing no matter what you select though.
And for the grand finale

My familiar (Imp) decided to rebel against me, without any provocation, and it took me a solid half hour to figure out why I was in combat. He finally took a swing at me when I moved away (attack of opportunity) and I figured out the dirty little imp was plotting against me. After I dispatched him the issue resolved, but it didn't end there. I tried to summon a better companion and they put me in attack mode as well. I guess technically it is the same spirit being summoned to take different shapes, so I should be that surprised that he didn't have a change of heart with a change of form. This one to TBC though I don't know if it will persist through the save, but I am ready for the dirty little imp if he hasn't learned his lesson.
