Weapons should have some sort of sleeve to holster it on someone back. To me it purely aesthetics but it kind of annoys me that we are in 2020 and still weapons are being held by invisible tape on someone's back. Take The Witcher 3. Geralt's swords are mounted on his back but you see the leather holster.
Also it would be kind of cool if it showed our characters having backpacks or pouches, since we are carrying weapons and food etc. To make it seem a little more realistic looking.
