Ok so in my quest on getting little thing out of my head I found this item, and I find its ability to
make you invisible as long as you do not perform an action in combat, so basically it can last forever
a little bit broken.
And as soon as I found it, I made what every rogue dwarf would do. I teleported to town and went through litterally everybody, and their mom, pockets. there is another mention of this item in this forum:
here as the "Best Item" and possibly "the mother of all exploits". I totally agree with that comment.
And even though I really like this item and the ability it gives, I think it should be tuned down because I can see countless ways this could be abused.
