Having a kinda AoE loot for bodies would be a great quality of life improvement for the game, like what they have in Wasteland 3. It was way more convenient not having to hunt down everything and run between them to loot (up the stairs, down the stairs, getting stuck circling the tree, etc). In Wasteland 3 it didn't affect containers so you can still make the player work to find that special chest... it would just be nice to save that finicky time after a fight.

Also having empty bodies, barrels & vases not show as containers (I'm looking at you gigantic, overlapping pile of mephits). So much clicking & running in circles that would be safe to avoid.

Yeah unless they decide to not include so much crap on the million containers around. Same problem from D:OS.

Less junk & less junk containers in general would definitely be welcome.

Yeah, I'd really like it if they would just replace bodies-as-containers with a "Mass Loot" button that rolls an investigation check to see how much you get.

I'd love to see the same for searching the room. Maybe the really special chest is still a container that you have to click to open, but if you do well enough on your search check it'll highlight that special chest?

I'd prefer the numerous containers actually had stuff in them. When I walk into a warehouse, I should rightfully expect to find an overwhelming supply of things to take, many of which I'd probably decide to leave behind because of its commonality and lack of value.

No way I walk into a stocked storage room and only come out with 5 carrots.
