Here's some additional bugs I've noted through my playthrough today:
- Playing coop, whoever initiates the recruiting of one of the companion NPCs will be the only one who can speak to him/her. And that if, and only if, that player also controls the companion.
- The Watcher's Guide (Spear) gives you True Strike when you miss. This also works with ranged attacks (bow shots) when wielding the spear.
- Sometimes a character's shield with have no graphics/be light blue
- Two weapon fighting style seems to be applied baseline to characters without needing to take it.
- Pickpocketing in the Refugee camp has issues. Failed pickpockets will cause random NPCs to become enemy (who are not within line of sight), but not the one who got pickpocketed. In addition, successful pickpockets can also bug, as demonstrated when we returned to the blacksmith who is really really angry (Angry Blacksmith), along with another random NPC in the town. The rest are fine - he must have missed his coffee.
