Hi, I do love what you're trying to do, but I also feel upset about the fact that I paid full price for sometihng clearly still in development, and which on a very highly spec'd gaming / CAD workstation replacement laptop, this is the only application which slows to a crawl and then crashes ... sometimes it runs smoothly for a time, then other times I just can't get it to do a combat scenario ... and yet it is running off a RAID0 on 3x M.2 SSD drives with 16GB RAM and a GeForce 1080 with a 4.5GHz quad core CPU ... meanwhile I can open very large and complex SolidWorks assemblies, and run other software like Elder Scrolls Online without a hitch, but since this game was installed and started causing problems, I even noticed ( for the first time ever ) a similar thing happening with ESO which had never before happened after a very long time playing ( nearly 1000 hours ).

Now, I appreciate that you are in need of technical feedback for bug hunting and solving, but I would appreciate having some assurances this is not putting my machine at risk, and that you're going to give me some very good stuff over time to make it worth my while to continue giving you the feedback you need, because as it stands, I am paying you for the privilege of helping your development at my own cost and risk, and this is not acceptable. Please get your technical manager to write to me directly.
