this issue has been persistent across 3 different playthroughs. Ive tried dueling, Great weapon fighting and Two-weapon fighting. None of the passives show up on the character sheet. It just says LVL1 and LVL3 but skips LVL2. Also when I test the effects such as only using 1 1 hand weapon for dueling I get no bonus.
