When I enter from the sneaky way, which is planned in the game as we see by the climbing vines and the sleeping gnoll, the five goblins near the entrance (ambush) do not spawn until I purposefully trigger the ambush dialogue.

I sneaked all over the two rooves, and they only appear once a character exits hiding and therefore triggers the ambush dialogue. This forces one character to be victim of the ambush.

When I did it multiplayer, I forget if we had triggered the dialogue first. Not sure. In singleplayer though, I tested it clearly.

Clearly a bug. The presence of player-controlled character/creature near the house should trigger the spawn irrelevant of the ambush dialogue.

- it is fine that these goblins be invisible when no player-controlled creature is near (avoiding the camera exploit or enemy highlight to see).

( the 4 further away are spawned properly though : namely 3 behind the "wooden hatch" house and 1 near the well )
