Here is an error for you:
I never recruited Wyll to my team.
I went on to kill all the goblins in the ruined temple from the rafters, it was a long fight.
Once I had totally cleared the temple and took a full rest, Wyll suddenly appeared at my camp.
He was angry that I had not taken him hunting goblins with us and went on about how we are a team, even though I never had so much as a conversation with him before.
Not a game breaking technical issue with his scripting or whathaveyou, but certainly continuity disrupting.
