Found "Letter to Kagha" in the swamp area after killing many many evil minions. Cannot pickup letter but you can send it to your camp where it ends up in the travelers chest.
After saving the tiefling boy from harpies, he says talk to Donni. When you speak to Donni he just laughs and has no further dialogue options.
After clearing the little island where you find "Letter to Kagha" my characters glitched out and could only go to camp. When at camp if you touched the bedrolls it would send you back to the island. I was able to stop this from happening by fast traveling somewhere else.
