Since she is a cleric of Shar - she is obviously also a Shadow Weave user.
And there is one unique thing about Shadow Weave, or in particular Shadow Weave and dead/wild magic zones.
In Forgotten Realms (in particular) dead magic zone is merely an absence of Weave. Places where Weave not yet properly restored after numerous deaths of Mystra. Wild magic zone is place where Weave simply does not function properly. One of latest events that left lots of wild magic zone was Time of Troubles.
Shadow Weave however never collapsed or encountered any difficulties.

Dead and wild magic zones are rare encounters. But would there be such places in BG3 - remember that Shadowheart should not be affected by those.
Players who made cleric of Shar, or shadow sorcerer (or perhaps even custom event where player can pledge loyalty to Shar, and thus start drawing magic from here Weave) - should not be affected by those likewise.

Actually no, in current 5e lore the shadow weave (and by extension shadow casters/shadow weave users) do not exist anymore. The shadow weave was destroyed along with the normal weave during the spellplague. While the weave was eventually restored the shadow weave has yet to be rebuilt. So clerics of Shar, shadow sorcerers, and all other magic users in the game are utilizing the normal Weave
