I would like an option to change through different ears for the elf, half elf, and tiefling races (maybe also Gith too or all races). Similar to how you can select different horn styles for tiefling race.

This would be pretty cool. Throw in some earrings or ears with chunks missing like a stray dog

I agree. I feel like the Half-Elves should have more roundish type ears because of their Human side. Right now, they do look more Elvish than the full blooded Elves.
