When I moved a sussur bloom out of my inventory into a treasure chest, the bloom's effect wouldn't go away, even after leaving the area for the surface, or after going to camp or fast traveling to other areas. I was able to fix the issue by adding the bloom back to inventory and dropping it onto the ground. This could potentially be exploited for difficult fights against magic users.

Location was in the Arcane Tower, second to the top floor, in the treasure chest under a shelf and near a window and a table in the corner. It's day 3 in my game. The sussur bloom was acquired outside the tower. Character name: Cala
