So I decided to be naughty on my second playthrough and side with the goblins in taking over the druid grove. I cleared the grove of tieflings and druids, and the quest log confirms this, saying Minthara will be pleased. However, when I speak with Minthara, she just stands on a slope near the area with the (former) blacksmith and yells that there are still folks to kill. I can't seem to progress/complete the quest because of this.
