Their is a feedback form in the game startup menu but that's not helpful imo since its a bug report not feedback. Of course their are the forums but its so disorganized when trying to see if a bug has been reported already. And impossible to tell if its even been noted and saved internally.
I have been in alot of EA games which have sites/programs set up to track each bug report from players. Where people can then add feedback or give more information regarding the bug, even if its to confirm the same bug has been noted internally. That way the forums function it feels pointless to post anything.
Even something as simple as the support page would do but for bugs.
