I am kind of disappointed when I choose to take his offer and he behaves just the same as when I don't take it. Why can't we get something out of him from the first encounter rather than him just telling us the same story about the fact he'll be there when things go awry?

A missed opportunity to engage into devil pacts I think. It could have been something small at the beginning but at least something. For me, as he didn't give me anything even though I was willing, I take him more for a fool than a cunning and interesting creature.

And I noticed as well, only if you have Wyll in your party, you see your full group there with you. It should be shown all the time if you ask me. Would give more cohesion to the fact Shadowheart knows what we discussed about. It makes more sense when we see actually everyone was invited.

I was also really disappointed when I realized that I couldn't take his offer right there, even if I wanted to. I thought thats the whole point.

When I think about it it's not even that hard. Maybe give us some unique power (like the tadpole powers) in exchange for a paremant disability (remove ability point, give something like with the deal with the hag etc)
