Elves and Half-Elves ears seem too extreme for Faerun elves.

Elven facial bone-structure seems too human (that said, I've seen attempts to make elves look less human and it often comes out badly...so really low priority here.)

Trinkets - Some little detail to the character creation that should be there regardless of outfit....a tabard, a necklace, a shoulderbag, etc.

Tieflings should have the options for human-ish ears and possibly wings (not flight, just wings), also it would be nice to have broken horns or shorn wings as options. Hornless IS an option, so how about a case for each of the existing horn styles where the left or right horn (or both) is ragged and broken.

Scars in general.

Piercings

A lot of warlock marks can be accomplished with tattoos, clicking All Skin Colors or All Eye Colors, but there's probably a handful of other options.

Heterochromia...also, eye-scars...etc

Separate Moon-Elves and Sun-Elves....honestly, this is less about character creation than it is about dialogue...you can approximate the look of either with existing options, but Moon Elves and Sun Elves have vastly different reactions to the world and different reputations. Moon Elves tend to be more egalitarian and live among other races...a lot....Silverymoon Moon Elves and Humans are practically the same culture. Sun Elves.....tend to be the haughty types you expect when you hear "high elf" and tend to treat other people (including other elves) with disdain.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For options not yet in the game and hopes for options to be added:

Half-orcs .... is it too much to ask for the range to be like Shadowrun orcs which can range from "attractive human with tusks" all the way to more traditional takes on half-orc.

Gith - make Githyanki a subrace of Gith and add Githzerai....the Githzerai as just as much invested in Mind Flayer hate as the Githyanki are

Draconic sorcrerer - scaling options for appearance - ranging from light to severe.

And Variant Human as an option in addition to the standard one.

Go find Alana's mod. All your wishes will come true.

"74.85% of you stood with the Tieflings, and 25.15% of you sided with Minthara. Good outweighs evil, it seems."

Interesting, but I'm going to hold off on mods until full release...because part of early release is bug-finding and that's harder to do with mods...even cosmetic ones

I think my biggest wish would be to get a ton more voice options. Having only 2 per gender is a big problem for me. None of them seem to fit a gruff-sounding dwarf, for example. Or a haughty, arrogant Drow female.

Since there aren't that many spoken voice lines I would think it wouldn't be all that difficult to create a ton of them.

Also to go with you're idea how to my previous post, a Dour sounding Voice would be nice.

Oh, yeah, I would love to have a list of voices akin to what NWN and NWN2 had. Though voice acting can be expensive, I believe....sigh.

Would it cost THAT much given how few lines the Player character says?

Yeah, but hopefully they can still provide a bunch since most of the main character's dialogue is text based. So they won't need to record the thousands of lines of dialogue like they would for a fully voiced NPC. Just mainly combat sounds and the little quips that the character makes during exploration. Also, those rare occasions when the character does speak during cutscenes, but they seem fairly rare.

You can also probably use the same voice actor to do a few different soundsets. Whether by using their skills as a voice actor to change their voice completely or just by changing their tone to represent a different kind of character.

At the very least, I do definitely expect more than what we currently have. Didn't Original Sin 2 have more options than this?

I want a Voice Option that is just Steve Blum.
And it's called 'Steve Blum'.
Like they did with that one VA in Saints Row 4.
