Is there suppose to be a boss or I can find him in the second or third dungeon?

There may or may not be a boss on the third level; you should be able to find it in one of the other dungeons.

To clarify what Raze said - you probably can find most or all of the five quest objectives (assuming you have triggered the five quests) in the bottem levels although one game I only got four of them.

There may not be a "boss". Quests are random and my last game I got five quest OBJECTS without having to fight one BOSS - all five were just lying there on the ground - three in the final dungeon.
