I've just started my second run. At the beginning in the beach, I decided to go the other way around meeting Astarion first and then getting into the chapel without meeting Shadowheart. I thought I could meet her getting out of the chapel by the door she's knocking but... when I got out of the chapel she was not there anymore. Will I find her later or have I lost her?

Also arriving to the druidic grove Wyll died during the goblin attack. I tried to cast speak with the dead with him but has nothing to tell me.Is he also lost for this game?

I answered myself. I found Shadowheart somewhere else in the map. I really love this game!

Did you try reviving Will? I would start with using "Help" on his body. If that doesn't work, then try a revive spell. I'd also save first in case it doesn't work and you want that revive spell back.

And I did not find Githyanki warrior, it would be great if it was more difficult to miss her.
She seems like an interesting character but I missed everything.

Have you tried talk to the skeleton in camp if Wyll died? Can't you ask to revive him? Haven't tried myself but it might work.

I think that would only work if you made him a companion first. But it's worth a shot.

I let Lae'zel die in the Nautiloid, just to see what happens next. Guess what? You find her dead body on the beach when you arrive and you can't revive her XD

Her armor looks good on Shadowheart so not much to complain here.

I was wondering what would happen to her if she died on the Nautiloid. I know your player character gets revived on the beach if he dies. With my first character, instead of heading directly to the console at the helm and using Lae'zel to run interference, I got involved in the fighting. Then when I finally went to the helm I had too much aggro and was killed. I made it with Lae'zel and made the connection that needed to be made. Then my character wakes up on the beach. And I thought, I guess it doesn't matter which character succeeds.

But later on I noticed in my journal that surviving the Nautiloid was listed as an unfinished quest. So I decided to start a different character and only then realized there was a whole cutscene that I never saw on my first character. The reactions of all the people on the ground seeing the Nautiloid crashing, and my player character stopping in mid-air before he would have hit the ground. I didn't get any of that the first time through because my player character was dead at the time. Just him being magically revived on the beach.
