I can't count the number of times I've accidentally used a potion (before I moved them out of the 1-4 slots where I keep thinking I'm going to switch character). There's also the issue of accidentally using a potion of healing on a character with full health because I thought I could apply it to a different character/NPC. Maybe a two-click confirmation for potions?
