When saving Findal, he thanks the party for saving him the tunnels and takes off. Later when you meet him in the grove he again thanks the party and refers to the tunnels as if we (the party and Findal) were still in the tunnels and not in the grove.
BTW, great game...thoroughly enjoying. I would echo others that would like a bigger party size but unlike others my desire stems from BG2 that allowed for a bigger size. My group of friends is divided as we can't all play in the same party as we did in BG2.
