If you're running a warlock with mask of many faces would be cool to implement later down the line the option to customize what your disguise self options look like (basically a char creator for each) and the option to save a few presets based off people you've met in game. Like if you want to convince a npc to go somewhere with you you change into their colleague and deceive them into following you and the like.

I think having your character masquerade as other characters is out of the question, just for the ridiculous amount of work it would take to implement that systemically (which is the root of Larian’s design philosophy). That being said, I would like some sort of customization for the disguises. Even if it didn’t actually change anything it terms of gameplay outcomes, it would be a nice feature.

+1, I'm always suggesting disguise with a persona creator/selector.

I'm not saying for like every person but I do agree it would be very troublesome to implement. Maybe at least you have to study the person or body in detail and pull off a good enough deception to do so but adding in some customize options in general would be best. Obviously won't get to the levels can get in actual DnD but at this time just not using it much
