Not a great performance for someone who was just going on about how she'd kill me seconds ago. Her health is surprisingly low for a Cleric. Isn't it like 9 or something?

It was 10 when I fought her but I think it is 9 when she joins you. Either way yah, she's insanely fragile. 10HP and 14AC WITH a shield? I think I'd need to actively try to make a PC she could beat.

Lae'zel can be a b**** to you but at least she can back it up with strength, and she is generally an honest charachter. Shadowheart is just nasty to you with nothing to make up for it. You just have to put up with her with the hopes that she might become interesting later down the line, but I see no reason to pick her over another companion.
