Spoilers below.

Love the game I’ve been a huge BG fan since the originals, and love games like Dragon Age and of course the masterpieces of Divinity I and II. I can’t wait to play the finished project. I brainstormed what I could of things I would love to see in the game.('m sure some of them have already been said/discussed, but I would like to add my vote in on them! I realize some ideas/concepts are potentially unfeasible at this stage in development.

When I originally started the game, I thought I had to be strategic with my long rests or I would straight up die to the Mind Flayer parasite. I really enjoyed that idea/difficultly, but without progressive symptoms for me or party members, I felt like I could just long rest whenever without consequences, but I big fan of consequences for your actions! I feel like there should be some limitations of long resting/healing supplies, perhaps in a different difficulty setting (also mentioned below).

Pros:
• Absolutely love D&D and BG world
• Amazing graphics and opened environment
• Love rolling
• Love Speak with Animals
• Jump is awesome
• Combat is fun
• Love the elements of choice/decision-making and their limitations (i.e. can’t choose all options)
• Worrying about a time-based death
• Larian Studio’s produces phenomenal games

Wish List:
All 12 classic 5e classes and subclasses
• Bind Jump (and other actions) to a hotkey
• Full select and command the party
• Hide helmet
• Full voice acting/sound effects for main character (something like Dragon Age 2 & 3)
• More party members visible and interacting in cutscenes (e.g. the demon scene was just me, but everyone talked about it like they were there too).
• More playable characters
• More cutscene emotions for main character
• Time-based quests/dialogue interactions/consequences
• A difficulty setting that limits long rests/consequences for too many long rests
• Dynamic environment that changes depending on time of day/day of week (i.e. not all quests are available at all hours of the day in the same location).
• Weather changes
• Bag organization
• More interesting, lore-rich side quests (You could spend forever on Chapter 2 & 3 in Shadows of Amn).
• Strongholds/class-based quests

Fixes needed:
• Many of the cutscenes are glitchy in various ways:
o Camera transports inside a character (happened multiple times in random convos)
o Character transports inside character (e.g. Gale’s story when on knees)
o Two-character positions don’t align while an action is preformed between them (e.g. eye surgery scene, also never see the eye come out/weirdly cut)
o No sound in sarcophagus/snake bite scenes
o Items appear weirdly floating in hand grip (e.g. meeting Astarion and he pulls a dagger)
• Wyll (I think) just randomly showed up in my camp without me meeting him (while I was in the goblin fortress camping)
• Dialogue options reappear as unselected choices (e.g. Shadowheart’s approval and disproval options)

Thanks for your time and developing a dream sequel Larian Studios!

Thought that this video covered a few good ideas for the future (I particularly agree with the idea of having a "Defensive Stance" action in the game for when you've got nothing to do but give an enemy disadvantage on ATKs.
